Absence due to illness is a complex problem. It is unpleasant for the employee as well as the organisation. The costs of absence can be considerable and the right support may require a significant time investment. You are faced with all kinds of questions. How do you support someone who is absent? This one-day course starts at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. The following subjects will be discussed:

- Interviewing techniques
At the end of the day, you will draft a concise personal action plan to document what you have learned and put it into practice on a permanent basis.
