- The role and position of key stakeholders in prevention policy (including the prevention officer, employer, employee, Works Council, and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment).

Program
This one-day training runs from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. During the day, the following topics are covered:
- Occupational health and safety legal framework (Working Conditions Act, Occupational Health & Safety Catalogue, etc.)
- Occupational health and safety management structure (RI&E / Action Plan, Occupational Health & Safety Catalogue)
- Roles, tasks, and responsibilities of the prevention officer
- Which risks exist within your organization?
- Preventive measures you can implement
- Putting prevention into practice
Knowledge and skills go hand in hand in this practical training. We cover the theory using real-life examples. Together, we interactively translate the content to your own work situation and practise with practical scenarios. You will receive targeted feedback and guidance tailored to what you encounter in your daily work. This enables you to apply the newly gained knowledge and skills successfully in your own organisation the very next day.
At the end of the day, you will create a concise personal action plan to help you retain what you have learned and apply it effectively in practice. After completing the training, you will receive the ArboNed Prevention Officer certificate.
