Personalised digital questionnaire

After receiving a sickness notification, our rehabilitation services begin with an intake with the employee via a personalised digital (or paper) questionnaire. Using this innovative tool – and thanks to over 25 years of experience in research, a wealth of data, supplemented with information from the employee and medical and other guidelines – ArboNed can:

  • Predict whether an employee will be absent for a few days or a longer period.
  • Provide a tailored recommendation as to which follow-up steps aimed at employability will be the most effective for the employee in question at which time.

This recommendation is a tool to help our professional plan the appropriate follow-up action(s). If our regular contact still has questions after this digital intake, they will send a personalised follow-up questionnaire or get in touch by phone. Both the employee and the employer/manager play an active role in the rehabilitation. For this reason, they also both receive uniform advice from our professional geared to the specific situation.

If support is required, they will be told what it will consist of, which ArboNed professional will provide it and when. As the person with final responsibility, the company doctor coordinates the delivery of the support to the employee. If the absence is expected to last for an extended period, the employee will be asked to attend the consultation hour and the absence support as laid down in the Eligibility for Permanent Incapacity Benefit (Restrictions) Act will begin.

Right from the start, the personalised absence support is focused on a rapid, responsible and lasting return to work or finding another suitable solution.

*If you do not opt for our digital questionnaire, the questionnaire will be completed by our employee. In that case, you will not benefit from the data-driven recommendation.
